KeepCDL is currently validating demand and finalizing the regulated testing and compliance infrastructure behind its planned services. Features, availability, pricing, partners, and service descriptions may change before launch.
Website information is general
Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal advice, regulatory advice, or a substitute for official guidance or advice from a qualified professional. You remain responsible for understanding and meeting requirements that apply to your operation.
No enrollment or C/TPA relationship
Joining early access, submitting a form, or using this website does not enroll you in a DOT testing program, create a consortium/third-party administrator relationship, schedule a drug or alcohol test, or establish any other regulated service relationship.
No compliance guarantee
KeepCDL does not guarantee that any person or company is compliant. Obligations vary according to the operator's circumstances and applicable rules. Website use does not transfer your responsibility for meeting those requirements.
No government affiliation
KeepCDL is an independent company. It is not FMCSA, USDOT, or any government agency and is not affiliated with, operated by, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency.
Early-access communications
If you provide email permission, KeepCDL may send early-access and launch updates. SMS permission is separate and optional. You may withdraw consent using the instructions in a message or by contacting KeepCDL.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, use automated tools to overload forms, or misuse website content. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site or others.
Availability and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis during prelaunch. To the extent permitted by law, KeepCDL is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, interrupted availability, or reliance on general website information.
Changes
We may update the website and these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.
